Meet the Team: Dr. John Butler

My name is John Butler and I’m excited to be part of the clinical intelligence team at Clearstep. I grew up in North Carolina and currently live in Winston Salem, NC.

I graduated from the University of North Carolina School of Medicine in 2016 and completed Emergency Medicine Residency at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in 2019. I currently work as a full time Emergency Physician at a community hospital in High Point, NC with about 65,000 annual visits.

In my free time I like to travel and enjoy the outdoors. My favorite activities are mountain biking, snow skiing, tennis, racquetball, and being on the lake. I’m a proud dad of a 14 year old who will tell you she is much cooler than me.
