When Baycare Health system needed a digital solution to help keep their patients safe during the pandemic, they turned to Clearstep. In just over a week, Clearstep and Baycare had implemented a COVID-19 virtual triage product to help their patients navigate the questions brought up by COVID-19 — such as whether they should get tested, isolate themselves or go to the hospital.
In the first month of its use, over 70,000 Baycare patients used the COVID sceener to determine their next best steps for care.
